CS/SB 1462: Recycling [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Constantine

Recycling [EPSC]; Directs the DEP and the OTTED to create the Recycling Business Assistance Center. Provides requirements. Authorizes the OTTED to consult with Enterprise Florida, Inc., and other state agency personnel. Provides for inspections of waste-to-energy facilities by the DEP. Repeals a provision relating to the Recycling Markets Advisory Committee.
