Commercial Launch Zone Tax Incentives [WPSC]; Establishes credits against the corporate income tax for certain taxpayers that operate or provide investments for a commercial spaceflight project. Establishes eligibility requirements for the tax credits. Requires the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to determine the eligibility of taxpayers. Requires the return and deposit of tax credits under certain circumstances. Provides for sharing of confidential information, etc.
