GENERAL BILL by Wise
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services [SPSC]; Redefines the term "residential treatment center for children and adolescents." Establishes priority populations of persons who are eligible for services funded by the DCFS. Redefines the term "medical review committee" to include a committee to review mental health and substance abuse treatment services provided by the DCFS. Repeals a provision relating to target groups for substance abuse and mental health services.
