CS/SB 1588: Vehicles/Impoundment or Immobilization [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Altman
Vehicles/Impoundment or Immobilization [CPSC]; Requires the court to include the name and address of immobilization agencies that meet the requirements of law in the order of impoundment or immobilization. Requires the person whose vehicle is ordered to be impounded or immobilized to pay the impoundment or immobilization fees and costs directly to the person impounding or immobilizing the vehicle, etc.
