GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery

Nuclear Plants/Financing [EPSC]; Provides that after the Public Service Commission grants a petition for determination of need, an electric utility may petition the commission for a financing order for developing a nuclear plant. Requires the commission to include specified information in the financing order issued to the electric utility. Provides that intangible property of a nuclear plant development constitutes a property right or interest, etc.
