GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker

Fire Prevention and Control [CPSC]; Provides guidelines according to which the Department of Financial Services must issue an expedited declaratory statement relating to interpretations of provisions of the Florida Fire Prevention Code. Provides requirements for firesafety plans and inspections for manufactured buildings. Expands application of authority of the State Fire Marshal to investigate fires to include explosions, etc.
