GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden

Health and Human Service Contracts [WPSC]; Requires the DCFS, the DOH, and the DJJ, the APD and the AHCA to adopt certain policies relating to the monitoring of provider contracts and access to provider data. Requires the DCFS to ensure that contracts entered into with community-based care lead agencies are funded by a grant of general revenue and applicable other state and federal funding sources, etc.
