CS/SB 1742: Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission [WPSC]
GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker
Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission [WPSC]; Transfers the Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund in the DEP to the FWC. Transfers to the FWC all powers, duties, records, personnel, property, funds, rules, issues, and contracts of the Bureau of Invasive Plant Management in the DEP. Removes the exemption from the need to possess a license for a resident fishing for a saltwater species in fresh water from land. Provides for an annual resident shoreline fishing license and fee, etc.
