OGSR/Social Security Numbers [GPSC]; Provides that social security numbers of current and former agency employees held by the employing agency are confidential and exempt from public records requirements. Requires that an agency identify in writing the specific federal or state laws governing the collection, use, and release of social security numbers and ensure compliance therewith. Delineates conditions under which social security numbers held by an agency may be disclosed, etc.
