GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Judiciary ; Gelber
Trust Administration [SPSC]; Redefines the term "beneficiary" to include a person having certain beneficial interests. Provides an additional limitation on terms of a trust prevailing over provisions of the Florida Trust Code. Authorizes trust instruments to authorize certain persons to designate one or more persons to represent and bind a beneficiary and receive certain information. Authorizes a trustee to delegate investment functions to a cotrustee, etc.
