GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms

Department of Children and Family Services [SPSC]; Authorizes the DCFS to establish circuits and regions headed by circuit administrators and regional directors. Provides for operating units called circuits and regions based on judicial circuits. Deletes provisions relating to the program directors for mental health and substance abuse, the service districts, child protection workers, the membership of community alliances, and the prototype region, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
