CS/SB 1992: Driver Responsibility [WPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Wise

Driver Responsibility [WPSC]; Provides for the addition of a specified charge to any fine imposed for reckless driving. Creates the Florida's Driver Responsibility Law. Directs the HSMV to assess a specified annual surcharge against a person who accumulates points under specified provisions against his or her driver's license within a certain timeframe. Requires the HSMV to adopt a surcharge reduction program by rule, etc.
