GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Constantine
Motor Vehicle Emission Standards [WPSC]; Ratifies a rule of the DEP which adopts the California motor vehicle emission standards. Provides conditions for future changes to the rule. Requires the DEP and the HSMV to develop a proposal to implement the rule and report to the Legislature.
