CS/SB 2032: OGSR/Public Records and Public Meetings/Scripps [CPSC]

PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Commerce

OGSR/Public Records and Public Meetings/Scripps [CPSC]; Narrows the public records exemption for specified information held by the Scripps Florida Funding Corporation and the public meetings exemption for portions of meetings of the board of directors of the corporation at which confidential and exempt information is discussed. Removes the application of the exemptions with respect to the OTTED. Makes editorial changes and removes superfluous provisions, etc.
