Military Affairs [GPSC]; Revises applicability of provisions with respect to immunity from penalization for National Guard members ordered into state active duty by employers. Requires National Guard members to notify employers of intent to return to work. Provides for entitlement to seniority and other rights and benefits for National Guard members returning to work following state active duty, etc.
