CS/CS/CS/SB 2104: Environmental Protection [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Constantine

Environmental Protection [EPSC]; Establishes a date by which land management plans for conservation lands must contain certain outcomes, goals, and elements. Revises provisions relating to the disposition of surplus lands. Requires the DEP to provide notice of site rehabilitation to specified entities and certain property owners. Creates the "Florida Coral Reef Protection Act." Revises provisions of power plants using wind or solar energy, etc.
