GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Hill
Spousal and Child Support [SPSC]; Requires specified findings if a deferred payment is ordered in an equitable distribution. Requires specified findings in order for a court to impute income beyond minimum wage. Deletes certain net income amounts from the child support guidelines schedule. Deletes provisions relating to adjustment of a minimum child support award relating to the IRS dependency exemption. Provides for enforcement of interest payments on support judgments, etc.
