GENERAL BILL by Storms

Seaport Security [GPSC]; Requires the Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to provide assessment briefings to the governing boards of seaport authorities to address the results of certain inspections. Requires assessment briefings to be provided at least once per year. Requires board members to attend assessment briefings. Authorizes the FDLE to fine a seaport if an assessment briefing is cancelled due to lack of attendance by board members, etc.
