SB 2204: Early Voting [GPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Early Voting [GPSC]; Deletes requirements that must be met in order for branch offices to be used as early voting sites. Authorizes the supervisor of elections to designate any facility open to the public as an early voting site. Requires that early voting commence on a specified day before a primary election and a specified day before a general election. Requires that early voting be provided for a minimum number of hours each day, etc.
