GENERAL BILL by Rich
Elections [GPSC]; Authorizes an elector to attain status as a permanent absentee voter. Specifies circumstances under which a request for an absentee ballot may be considered canceled. Specifies sites that may be used as early-voting facilities. Eliminates certain requirements for branch offices that are used for early voting. Revises the number of hours for which early voting must be provided during applicable periods, etc.
