TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Fiscal Stability Trust Fund/State Courts System [WPSC]; Creates the Fiscal Stability Trust Fund within the state courts system to be administered by the Supreme Court. Provides for administration of the trust fund and use of moneys therein. Requires balances to remain in the trust fund at the end of the fiscal year. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
