SB 2232: High School Graduation [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Siplin

High School Graduation [SPSC]; Establishes the General Education Development Exit Option Program. Provides eligibility criteria for students to enroll in the program. Provides an exemption for students enrolled in the program from the minimum graduation requirements for a standard high school diploma. Requires that a student who is enrolled in the program be promoted to grade 10 or the grade level of his or her cohort group upon enrollment in the program, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
