GENERAL BILL by Wise
Medicaid Home and Community-based Waiver Program [SPSC]; Eliminates the involvement of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities in the requirement that the Agency for Health Care Administration develop or amend a home and community-based services waiver to provide services to persons who have certain diagnoses. Expands the waiver to include children and adults who are diagnosed as having myotubular myopathy.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
