Production and Shipment of Wine; Authorizes direct shipment of wine into & within Florida for personal consumption only; requires licensure of winery shippers by Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco; requires recipients of direct shipment of wine to be at least 21 years of age; requires proof of age & signature of recipient; provides for payment of taxes, monthly report, & recordkeeping by winery shippers, etc.
