SB 2470: Children's Promise Zones [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Children's Promise Zones [SPSC]; Renames "children's zones" as "children's promise zones." Requires the governing body to establish a children's promise zone planning team. Revises provisions relating to the strategic community plan. Provides for additional focus areas. Renames and extends duration of the Magic City Children's Zone, Inc., pilot project. Provides for the corporation to be administered by the DCFS, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
