CS/CS/SB 2536: Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker

Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission [EPSC]; Requires the FWC rather than the DOR to distribute a specified sum from the Invasive Plant Control Trust Fund to eradicate melaleuca. Provides for preservation of sea grasses. Increases the annual use fee for certain specialty license plates. Amends the definition of the term "live-aboard vessel." Prohibits possessing or operating a vessel equipped with certain fuel containers or related equipment, etc. APPROPRIATION: $185,000.
