GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker ; Lynn
Rural Agricultural Industrial Centers [EPSC]; Authorizes landowners within a rural agricultural industrial center to apply for an amendment to the local government comprehensive plan for certain purposes. Clarifies that any land area that is not designated as a rural area of critical economic concern does not hold any of the rights or benefits derived from such designation, etc.
