GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Haridopolos
Information Technology [GPSC]; Deletes an obsolete provision relating to duties of the Legislative Budget Commission. Revises the duties of the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology. Creates the Office of Information Security within the agency. Provides that the Northwood Shared Resource Center is an agency established with the DCFS. Establishes a state e-mail system as an enterprise information technology service, etc.
