GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Wise
Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services [SPSC]; Establishes priority populations of persons who are eligible for services funded by the DCFS. Deletes a provision that authorizes the DCFS to establish a pilot project to serve certain persons who qualify to receive substance abuse or mental health services in a specified district. Provides that a crisis stabilization unit is exempt from licensure. Authorizes DCFS to issue probationary, regular, and interim licenses, etc.
