GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Gaetz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Health Care [SPSC]; Repeals provisions relating to a comprehensive nutrition program, healthy lifestyles promotion, and the Healthy Communities, Healthy People Act. Requires the DOH to include in its environmental health program the testing of the air in enclosed ice rinks. Requires certain state agencies to purchase drugs through the statewide purchasing contract administered by the DOH. Revises requirements to be designated as a teaching nursing home, etc.
