Traffic Accidents/Blood Testing [CPSC]; Requires a law enforcement officer who has a reasonable suspicion that a person was driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle when it was involved in an accident that may have caused or contributed to the death of a human being to require that the person submit to a blood test to determine the alcoholic content thereof or the presence of specified substances, etc.
