GENERAL BILL by Deutch
Personal Injury Claims [CPSC]; Prohibits resolution or settlement of certain personal injury claims for certain benefits within certain time after the date of an injury. Provides an exception when an insurer tenders policy limits to the injured party. Permits insurance carriers to advance or pay a portion of coverage under certain circumstances. Provides for a credit against final settlement or jury verdict amounts for payments made, etc.
