Pub. Rec./Office of Financial Regulation [CPSC]; Provides a public records exemption for information obtained by the Office of Financial Regulation from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry which is confidential under federal or other state law. Provides an exemption for credit reports obtained by the office for licensing purposes. Provides for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the OGSR Act, etc.
