Unfair/Deceptive Insurance Trade Practices [CPSC]; Specifies prohibitions for public adjusters relating to soliciting professional employment. Prohibits public adjusters and persons associated with such adjusters from sending unsolicited written communications under certain circumstances. Specifies criteria for such communications. Specifies requirements for and prohibitions relating to certain written or electronic communications from such adjusters to prospective clients.
