GENERAL BILL by Wise
Deaf and Hard-of-hearing Services [SPSC]; Creates the Division of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Services within the DOE. Authorizes the division to apply for, receive, and expend moneys from grants and gifts. Creates certain service programs within the division. Creates the Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing within the division. Requires that the commission advise the division and advocate on behalf of persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, etc.
