Elders and Disabled Adults [SPSC]; Establishes a pilot program in a specified county to provide services to persons with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia-related disorders who are wandering and disoriented. Provides purposes of the pilot program. Requires the development of interagency memoranda of understanding. Provides sovereign immunity for certain facilities providing specified services. Requires an evaluation and report to the Legislature. Provides for expiration.
