SB 272: Wine Shipments [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Dockery
Wine Shipments [CPSC]; Authorizes certain direct shipments of wine. Requires licensure of winery shippers. Provides requirements for licensure. Requires that a winery shipper licensee file a surety bond with the Div. of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the DBPR. Provides age requirements for those purchasing wine for direct shipment or receiving direct shipments of wine. Revises qualifications for the certification of Florida Farm Wineries, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
