Electric Utilities/Farms [EPSC]; Requires that an electric utility provide on-demand rates to a single-entity farm that has multiple meters and produces food, fiber, or timber. Requires that the electric utility provide for conjunctive billing. Prohibits the electric utility from imposing a customer service charge for each of the farm's meters.
