Department of Transportation [CPSC]; Directs the department to maintain specified training programs for employees and prospective employees. Eliminates the requirement for annual updating of the Florida Transportation Plan. Deletes the requirement to develop a short-range component of the plan. Amends provisions relating to proposed turnpike projects, the Transportation Regional Incentive Program, and the Enhanced Bridge Program for Sustainable Transportation, etc.
