Super Enterprise Zones [CPSC]; Defines the term "certified business" for purposes of a tax exemption provided to certain businesses located within a super enterprise zone. Provides a tax exemption for certain property purchased for use or consumption by businesses in a super enterprise zone and for retail sales made by certified businesses in a super enterprise zone, etc.
