GENERAL BILL by Ring
Entertainment Industry [CPSC]; Renames the entertainment industry financial incentive program as the entertainment industry financial incentive and tax credit program. Revises the program to provide qualified entertainment entities with a choice of corporate income tax and sales and use tax credits or reimbursement from appropriations. Establishes the Florida Graduate Film Investment Program. Requires administration by the Office of Film and Entertainment, etc.
