Teacher Retention; Requires school report card delivered to parents in school district to include district's teacher turnover rate; creates Florida Teacher Induction Initiative to provide support to new teachers; requires district to develop & implement initiative; requires district to submit plan to address its new teacher attrition rate under certain circumstances, etc.
