Limitation on Aggregate Ad Valorem Taxes; Proposes amendment of s. 9, Art. VIII of State Constitution to limit total ad valorem tax on parcel of real property to 1.35 percent of highest taxable value of property; applies limitation to all ad valorem taxes on real property except those levied for payment of local bonds issued to finance or refinance capital projects authorized by law & approved by vote of electors, etc.
