GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Crist
Conveyance of Bodies Into or Out of the State [GPSC]; Authorizes certain accredited entities to convey plastinated bodies or parts of bodies for certain purposes. Requires such accredited entities to provide prior notification to the anatomical board. Authorizes such accredited entities to submit an affidavit containing specified information in lieu of such documentation for certain plastinated bodies. Provides for future expiration.
