GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Transportation ; Gardiner

Transportation [CPSC]; Provides that the executive director of the Florida Transportation Commission is in the Senior Management Service. Redefines the term "agency" for purposes of a specified chapter to include certain regional transportation and transit authorities. Provides a maximum maturity date for certain debt incurred to finance or refinance certain transportation concurrency backlog projects, etc.
