GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Baker

Transportation [CPSC]; Provides legislative findings with respect to the need to preserve investments in transportation infrastructure and reduce congestion. Requires specified scale tolerances to be applied to weight limits for vehicles on highways that are not in the Interstate Highway System. Authorizes the department to lease existing toll facilities through public private partnerships, subject to approval by the Legislature, etc. APPROPRIATION: $225,000.
