GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Service-learning Programs/Grades K-12 [SPSC]; Requires that the DOE encourage school districts to initiate, adopt, expand, and institutionalize service-learning programs, activities, and policies in kindergarten through grade 12. Requires that the DOE assist a school district that elects to implement service-learning activities. Provides that course-based, service-learning activities may be counted toward high school graduation or academic award requirements, etc.
