GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Insurance Coverage for Prescription Drugs [CPSC]; Prohibits health insurance policies or contracts for a health care service plan from limiting, reducing, or denying coverage for a prescription drug under certain circumstances. Provides that the act does not prohibit an insurer from making uniform changes in its benefit design or increasing cost-sharing obligations for a prescription drug due to an increase in price.
