Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test; Removes requirement that district school board adopt policies for meeting class size maximums which allow student to graduate from high school if student passes grade 10 FCAT; removes requirement that student earn passing score on FCAT or alternative assessment to graduate from high school; conforms provisions relating to statewide assessment program, etc.
