CS/CS/SB 682: Government Reorganization [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Regulated Industries ; Fasano
Government Reorganization [CPSC]; Creates the Division of Service Operations of the DBPR. Nullifies a provision of another bill which increases the threshold value of certain equipment for construction projects below which a contractor working with such equipment need not be a licensed engineer. Authorizes the disposal of yard trash at a Class I landfill if the landfill has a system for collecting landfill gas and arranges for the reuse of the gas, etc.
